cont. from H.11 conduct site visits and progress meetings, prepare field observation reports, final inspections, project closeout, including punch lists, and record drawings; review and prepare certificates of substantial completion, occupancy, and final completion; conduct postoccupancy evaluation and review of clients use of space; assist with reviewing and approving contractor payments; conduct researches on data center innovations and applications.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 1 year of experience to include analyzing client needs and utilizing independent thinking to develop approaches for all phases of architectural design for mid to large scale 250,000 square ft mega data centers and other mission critical facilities call centers, stock exchanges, trading floors, energy storage projects, from due diligence, master planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and contract administration, including new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement; developing and establishing client architectural and interior prototypes and standards; attending client meeting at project milestones to present progress andor final documents; coordinating Building Information Modeling BIM Execution Planning with all discipline consultants; conducting preliminary site surveys to identify and analyze architectural challenges including modifications to existing structural systems and space constraints; researching, developing, and presenting architectural concepts that fits clients vision; hand rendering design drawings, using color pencils, Revit, SketchUp, Architectural Desktop 2D3D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite to communicate architectural design concepts; free hand sketching using pencils or marker drawings such as perspectives, axonometric, space plans, elevations and details for presentations; making corrections as indicated by Project Architect to inprogress sets of design development documents; coordinating design drawings with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection MEPFP, structural, AV, site, landscape, code, acoustical, sustainability, door hardware, and lighting consultants to incorporate engineering systems into architectural designs to produce construction documentation, and secure client, tenant, landlord and regulatory approval; assisting in developing specific architectural details for construction documents; reaching out to manufacturers to ensure construction documents constructability; making corrections as indicated by Project Architect to inprogress sets of construction documents; logging and tracking status of RFIs and submittals; conducting detailed review of subcontractors shop drawings, submittalscut sheets on materials equipment, review of structural construction for architectural coordination, HVAC system layout and installation, installation of lighting fixtures, and installation of electrical equipment.
