One 1 year of experience with antibody expression purification, IgG titer determination, papainbased Fab generation, Octetbased binding assay, epitope binning, antibodydependent cellmediated cytotoxicity ADCC assay;br 5. Two 2 years of experience with Viral phenotyping and genotyping assays, virus resistance selection, virus growth assays and characterization, studies designed at elucidating the mechanism of action of drug candidates on virus replication and pathogenesis;br 6. Four 4 years of experience with Assay development and validation, isolation and purification of drug targets and viruses, quantitative assessment of drug potency in cell based and biochemical assays, evaluation of off target effects that could lead to unwanted toxicities of drug candidates.br br Subject to preemployment background check.
