Experience required with the following i for railway industry projects in excess of 100 million, responsibility for customer management, scheduling, planning, critical path analysis, change order management, risk management, cost estimation and contract negotiation; ii experience with Communication Based Train Control CBTC systems and their implementation in systems compliant with Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineering IEEE Standard 1474 Standards 1, 2 3; iii experience with the deployment of CBTC railroad signaling in brown field railroad environments; iv experience with defining and implementing migration strategies and the transition from legacy train control to new radio based systems; v implementation of SIL4 compliant CBTC systems; vi experience in High Speed Rail Projects; vii experience with train control systems, including State Interlockings, Cab Based Systems, Automatic Train Supervision, and traditional train protection systems; viii experience with passenger vehicle design and manufacture; ix experience with implementation of train operation principles and practice in heavy usage metro environments; x experience with communication systems including ground based networks and radio systems; xi experience with traction electrication systems, including catenary and third rail systems; xii experience with quality assurance and compliance to ISO 9001; xiii experience with the operation and maintenance of rail systems; and xiv for railway transportation projects, experience with safety and security systems, Buy America regulations, and track work.br br Must be willing and able to travel domestically up to 20 percent of the time.br br Note Because there is no primary experience requirement in the job offered, the Kellogg language is not required.
