Specific Skills

Masters degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field and two 2 years of experience with new product development management from conception through product launch within the coatings manufacturing industry. Alternatively, a Bachelors degree or equivalent and five 5 years of experience as described. All stated experience must include factory experience providing technical support for setting up new product manufacturing, managing quality control teams, trouble shooting and handling factorymanufacturingquality complaints.
