Must possess 5 years progressively responsible work experience involving continuous tire performance improvement through tire material development and practical applications; concept development for next generation intelligent tires; molecular design and development of new environment and stimuli responsive materials targeting specific tire properties; and development of mechanistic understanding of new polymers, fillers, additives, rubber mixing technology, rubber compound formulation, and process and analytical techniques to identify future research for tire needs.
