Strong experience with the production process of dolomabased fired and cured refractory products. Knowledge of doloma physical and chemical properties and its impacts on refractory finished product properties. Experience in crossplant technology and product transfers. Understanding crack formation mechanism in a tunnel kiln while firing a dolomabased refractory product. Experience in rawmaterials heat treatment and how the process parameters affect deadburned doloma physical properties. Strong communication skills in English, German and French a plus.
