REQUIREMENTS one year of experience H.10A. as an implementation consultant.br br BUSINESS NECESSITY In order to successfully perform these challenging job duties at Vision33, we require a candidate with at least a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems plus one year of experience as an implementation consultant.br br Candidates without at least a Bachelors degree would not have the theoretical or academic background needed to independently analyze, design, develop and implement SAP software for fully functional automated business systems. This involves customizing the software with software development tools and programming languages to bridge functionality gaps to meet the customers specific functional requirements. A candidate without a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems would simply not have the theoretical or academic background to successfully develop and implement an automated business system with broad objectives but no previous templates or examples to use. One year of experience is required to provide the practical experience and problem solving abilities necessary to successfully work with business professionals and executives to explain, recommend and train users on the most important aspects of the automated system solution, as well as the ability resolve advanced technical issues which arise throughout the implementation lifecycle.br br NOT REASONABLE TO TRAIN It is not reasonable to expect a small company like Vision33 to provide training equivalent to a baccalaureate level education in Management Information Systems. Technology moves very quickly in this field and Vision33 is seeking a professional to work independently with minimal supervision. Our small company has no one available to provide this type of education or training in the latest methods, tools or technologies.
