Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related scientific field and three 3 years of experience with biochemical or biological laboratory research. Experience must include at least two years of experience with each of the followingbr Molecular, cellular, and immunohistological methods including cell culture, genotyping and maintaining knockout mice, single cell RTPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, protein quantification, western blotting andor fluorescence microscopy;br Identification of suitable strategies for visualization of targets of interest, verification of antibody specificity and establishing ELISAs for protein quantification;br Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations which may impact research undertaken in the laboratory.br br References required.
