While at Columbia, she demonstrated an excellent academic record as demonstrated by her law school transcript which shows a GPA in excess of a B average. She also was deemed a James Kent Scholar Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as the Public Affairs Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. Ms. Chen is also admitted to the New York State Bar as of July 17, 2017.br br Additionally, Ms. Chen possesses in excess of 18 months of experience as a Law ClerkAssociate practicing Mergers Acquisitions. Specifically, Ms. Chen was employed as a Law Clerk in the Corporate Department of Ropes and Gray LLP from October 7, 2016 to July 16, 2017, and as an Associate in the same department from July 17, 2017 to July 13, 2018. In this capacity, Ms. Chen assisted on a wide variety of matters specifically relating to Mergers Acquisitions.
