We are also a national leader in home lending with loan centers across the country.br br A Servicing Transfer Data Quality and Analytics Lead with Flagstar Bank is a position that requires an individual with an advanced level of knowledge and experience in mortgage loan servicing systems, boarding loans, and servicing transfer. The individual must have the ability to lead and implement data solutions for flow and bulk boarding transfer quality standards, and reporting on transfer data and quality metrics. It is also important that the individual have experience working with relational and dimensional databases in order to properly fulfill the duties of this position. The individual must possess sophistication in building out initial databases and SQL for each loan transfer that the Bank encounters to identify gaps, and to provide critical input and feedback to senior level managers, such as the Director of Loan Boarding, Senior Manager Servicing Transfer, and the QA Project Manager to achieve the desired results for the Bank.br br It is necessary that the qualified individual possess, at a minimum, a Bachelors Degree or foreign educational equivalent in Information Systems or a related field of study and a minimum of six 6 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing systems, boarding loans, and servicing transfer. Of the required 6 years, a minimum of 2 years must include experience working with relational and dimensional databases. Alternatively, the Bank will accept eight 8 years of experience in the required skill sets in lieu of the education and experience requirement.br br Through the required formal education and or experience, an individual acquires the skills essential to effectively fulfill the technical duties and responsibilities of a Servicing Transfer Data Quality and Analytics Lead with Flagstar Bank.
