Documentation of the same from a qualified credential evaluator can be produced citing a finding of equivalency to a U.S. Master of Science Degree in Chemistry. This qualifies the alien. Additionally, he holds the equivalent to a U.S. Bachelors degree in Biochemistry completed on May 21, 2004. Documentation of the same from a qualified credential evaluator can be produced.
