Specific Skills

Must have at least a bachelors or higher degree in civil engineering. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have passed a transportation engineering course in undergraduate or graduate civil engineering studies that teaches the highway capacity manual and traffic signal optimization and synchronization. Must have experience with transportation modeling software, such as HCMHCS or Synchro.
