Minimum education and experience required Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration 2 years experience in a product development or program management position, or combination, with a Tier 1 supplier of automotive sealing products. Special skills required Must have 2 years of work experience in each of the following evaluating sealing system engineering specifications to develop processing parameters for cost and sales models; evaluating engineering and manufacturing processes for automotive sealing systems and components; launching multiple, concurrent automotive sealing systems manufacturing programs for multinational OEM costumers; defining strategies, policies and procedures to ensure customer deliverables; managing automotive sealing programs to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, including validating targeted prices and negotiation paths; monitoring competitors sales strategies; tracking variable cost margin of automotive sealing products; coordinating the draft of commercial productivity proposals, taking into consideration inflation and exchange rates; determining piece price and tooling capabilities for the manufacture of automotive sealing products; implementing and standardizing program management processes and procedures; standardizing global manufacturing processes for automotive sealing products; managing multimillion dollar tooling and capital expenditure budgets, and coordinating the reimbursement for tooling expenses from customer, to meet financial targets.
