Must have Masters degree in Industrial Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of related experience. Required experience must include 3 years of experience in the following areasbr br Pharmaceutical soliddosage product development and characterization, process development and manufacturing;br br Pharmaceutical unit processes including blending, granulating roller compaction, highshear and fluidbed wet granulation and tableting; andbr br Polymers and powder characterization.br br Required experience must also include 2 years of experience, regardless of degree, in the following areasbr br Pharmaceutical film coating, with a track record of innovation on film coating systems;br br Coating pan and fluidbed coating, and characterization and evaluation of the coated dosage forms;br br Supervising junior scientists on daily tasks;br br Leading technical projects; andbr br Extensive interaction with customers via customer visits and seminars;br br Design of Experiments DOE, Microsoft Office Suite, project management, quality by design, and statistical analysis.br br Travel on a local, regional, national and international basis is required 30 of the time.
