Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following 1.Operate, diagnose, troubleshoot and improve electroplating and anodizing processes to achieve quality functional surface finishes. 2.Contamination Residue Analysis and aptitude to evaluate structureproperty relationships through physiochemical characterization and fabrication. 3.Mechatronic equipment validation nonregression tests, tooling fixture design, repairs and preventative maintenance, and diagnosing equipment failures, including 3D designing and modeling, assembly modeling via SolidWorks, analyzing parts interferences, running clash and contact analyses for packaging space requirements, and parts feasibility testing. 4.Perform detailed Failure Analysis for Intermetallic IMC Evaluation involving different techniques including designing of experiments to identify the near optimal process parameters in multivariate operating conditions to optimize predictable metal microstructure development. 5.Generate resource plan, calculate cycle time, and estimate productivity using simulation and automation techniques in order devise KPIs to track progress in key areas to recast yield improvement requirements. 6.Analyze statistical data and its graphical representation using statistical software, including at least four of the following Gage RR, DMAIC, Control charts, FMEA, Cause and effect chart, Pareto chart, and Histogram and Scatter diagrams. 7.Writing MATLAB code for optimizing graphical output for interaction GUIs, and plotting 2D and 3D data visualization by changing colors, size, and scales according to requirements.br br Position requires approximately 10 travel, fully reimbursed by employer.
