H10.B Must have 5 years of experience in drug development with at least 3 years project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Experience must include the following Quality Assurance and Quality Compliance in a drug development environment; working on quality applications and change management activities for GxP applications and systems; working within the framework of a validated project lifecycle; working with Qualityrelated solutions and systems, including document management systems and quality systems deviations, change control; and gathering requirements from Business users to create use case and functional requirement documents.br PLEASE NOTE that the requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Information Technology Project Managers, in the context of the pharmaceutical industry and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. This is a Senior Business System Analyst all of our Senior Business System Analysts have at least the education and experience listed in the minimum requirements, and we would not hire anyone who did not possess these credentials. This employee must have the indepth, complex, and theoretical understanding of information technology, gained through a university degree, in order to provide the level of analysis and support required of this position. As this employee is responsible for providing support in managing both ongoing and future projects and initiatives, including but not be limited to Veeva Vault QualityQMS and ComplianceWire, her technical skills must be excellent. Because of the nature of this position, the advanced responsibilities it entails, the highly specialized duties specific to the tightly regulated pharmaceutical industry, and the serious consequences of any failures in the systems and technology supporting company functions, we have determined that a combination of a university education and extensive handson experience is necessary. We have determined that a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in drug development, with at least 3 years project management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry are the minimum qualifications necessary to perform this position.
