Business principles and theories needed to develop our business and value proposition are normally obtained only through a full time course of study leading to a Masters degree in Business Administration, to help our company position and refine our business proposition of offering customers and prospective customers with software and a data management platform they need to develop a fleet of autonomous driving vehicles, as well as explain to automotive manufacturers our solutions to help their autonomous driving vehicles learn from sensors and systems to improve autonomous driving. A person without a Masters degree would not have the theoretical understanding of business principles and theories about make versus purchase investments in software and systems, among many other reasons for purchasing our software and platform. 12 months of experience writing software specifications and developing software using C and Python on Linux is also required as a Business Necessity because practical software development experience is needed to translate our products technical capabilities into usable information for our customers, help them understand how to bridge functionality gaps and speak authoritatively with customers, their engineers and executives about technical aspects of our products.br br NOT REASONALBE TO TRAIN It is not reasonable to expect a small company like Renovo to provide training equivalent to a graduate degree in Business. Business and sales theories and principles move very quickly in this field and Renovo is seeking a Product Manager to work independently with little or no supervision applying advanced business principles and theories, as well as the technical savvy needed to explain software developed using C and Python on Linux. Our small company has no one qualified to provide this type of graduate level business education or training. On the contrary, we are seeking to hire a person who will be our primary resource for developing and expanding our customer base through the successful application of product management principles and theories, as well as business principles and the technical experience needed to explain our software and data management platform.
