S6a, S11, GTPv2,ESMEMM, NAS, RRC, IuCS, IuPS, Iub, RANAP in 2G, 3G, 4G, and IMS, translating these into network, system and user impact; DE performing network optimization process design and management leveraging data analysis methodologies and analytics tools and technologies to provide insights to customers from Clevel to ITTelecom Specialists; DE with Clevel executive communication to understand specific business problems and translate these into technical solutions with ability to follow up with Clevel executive with outputs of solution provided.
