Experience must also include driving innovative and transformative solutions for global payroll that address customer next generational needs through HR and Payroll related technology solutions; designing and presenting mockups of new functionalities utilizing Human Capital Management HCM OnPremise and Cloud products, including SAP ECP Employee Central Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors EC; design and develop Complex Integrations with SAP and nonSAP applications like Workday including both Cloud and ONPrem using middleware like Snaplogic or SAP Cloud Integration; expertise in US and APAC Payroll implementation, US Benefits and Time Management including identification of critical requirements related to data conversion, migration systems integration between legacy and new SAP payroll systems; Creating Technical Design Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Dataflow diagrams using Advanced MS Word and Advanced MS Excel; support breakfix, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, yearend tax and regulatory changes HRSP Upgrade of Multi Country nonUS Payroll including countries in APAC with an expertise in ABAP debugging and maintaining high productivity and compliance level; experience utilizing testing methodologies, processes and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression and dry run testing of SAP HR and Payroll. Candidate must also possess certifications in SuccessFactors Compensation and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Position requires domestic travel to various unanticipated client sites throughout the United States up to 100 of the time.
