Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Production Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Project Manager, or similar position in the information technology project management area. Specific experience must include handling large scale projects from initiation to steady state production support; gathering project requirements; publishing priorities for efforts within the program that will be broken down into multiple project streams and maintaining master schedule with clear dependencies; conducting project meeting and communicating individual roles and project expectations; stakeholder management; creating service documentation to bring awareness around services; drafting specifications and project documentation and reports; evaluating estimates provided by technical teamsvendors and articulating them to nontechnical audience; working with multiple teams to plan, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities; identifying demand forecast risks and developing effective mitigation plans; defining project processes and establishing standards and checklists; establishing software process compliance plan and conducting periodic compliance checks; working with programming languages such as Java; working with databases such as Oracle and SQL; working with Identity Management, centralized access governance solutions, and Role Based Access Control; working with IAM tools responsible for provisioning deprovisioning such as Oracle; participating in and contributing to technical design discussions; and working across business units and geographic boundaries. Must be PMP certified.
