Specific Skills

The five 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience required in Section H must be in computer engineering or related occupation. Experience must include three 3 years of experience, which may be concurrent, in all of the following 1 software implementation of largescale software solutions; 2 business needs requirements gathering and analysis; 3 providing technical guidance andor mentoring on functional consulting activities including each of the following configuration designing, solution deployment, business rule configuration, and data modeling for rulesbased solutions; 4 working with clients in the presales or postsales processes, including the development of presentations, conducting demonstrations and conducting proof of concept exercises; 5 implementing Collections andor Recoveries software and solutions including Indus Collections; 6 developing SQL scripts for data reporting and analysis; and 7 RedHat JBOSS Application Server for use with deployment of CR software solutions. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Experience must have been acquired after completion of the Bachelors Degree program. Domestic travel required up to 25 of the time.
