Bachelors in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related quantitative field 7 years of progressive, postbachelors strategic management consulting experience. In lieu of a Bachelors degree, employer will accept 9 years of strategic management consulting experience. Prior experience must include working in projectbased, teamoriented environments leading, managing and balancing workload of teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fastpaced and demanding environments; project execution of new client engagements while managing existing client relationships; leading junior and seniorlevel client interaction, including oversight of client work planning, communications and process management; producing presentations, proposals, and reports for broadlevel, executivelevel, and industryexpert audiences on range of topics; communicating with clients on range of consulting issuestopics, influencing their thinkingperspectives and guiding them to see new opportunities; identifying and generating demand for new consulting opportunities; leveraging contacts to seek new business opportunities; creating highimpact intellectual capital such as articles in leading publications, industry talks, white papers, or POVs; applying depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution; presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients; and, using sophisticated economic analyses to conduct primary research, define trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations. Prior experience must also include working with the following topics IT strategic expense management, technology for new business launches, risk technology agility and compliance, information management and data strategy, endtoend business process redesign, and cost management. Up to 70 domestic and international travel required for business meetings.
