Therefore, Ms. Mohan clearly meets the minimum education requirement for the position.br br Ms. Mohan readily meets the experience requirement through her prior experience, as outlined below.br br Ms. Mohan was employed by Homesite Group Incorporated in the role of Rating Data Analyst from April 8, 2013 to April 29, 2018. In this capacity, Ms. Mohan wrote SASPython code based on functional specification and technical design. She adhered to architectural standards and developed designs that considered impact with other aspects of the database and appropriately leveraged existing code. Ms. Mohan drove optimal solution design collaborating with architects and crossfunctional teams. She independently analyzed and resolved production problems, assessing alternatives as appropriate and implementing longterm solutions. Ms. Mohan evaluated and interpreted requirements to design, develop and implement appropriate solutions. She performed code reviews, identified potential issues to reduce technical debt and provided coding best practice recommendations. Ms. Mohan built and automated repeatable processes to efficiently deploy rate updates into existing rating engine. She took ownership of tasks and delivered with limited supervision while using own discretion to seek help when necessary. Ms. Mohan collaborated closely with members of other teams throughout the delivery of the product. She worked with Property Casualty insurance. Ms. Mohan worked in SAS, SQL, R, and query tuning. She worked with data sources, elements and relationships in both business and technical terms.br br As a result of her more than five years of qualifying experience as described above, Ms. Mohan meets the experience requirement for the position.
