Proactively track budget and scope changes, obtaining necessary client approvals for change in scope of work. Initiate and follow up on contract amendment activities. Review approve and follow up on pharmaceutical clinical trials project invoices from vendors, participating sites and invoices to be sent to the pharmaceutical companies clients. Working with company functional department leads, determine and manage project resource needs and utilization according to project contract and contract amendments. Communicate and coordinate project timelines for all required project functional service areas and thirdparty vendors listed above. Plan, participate, and present at investigator meetings. Plan and lead client meetings and project team training sessions. Lead internal team, client, joint steering committees, and other project related teleconferences and meetings may include agenda and meeting minute preparationreview. Communicate expectations for roles and responsibilities to assigned project team members and ensure those expectations are fulfilled. Ensure project documentation is complete, current, stored appropriately and audit ready. Function as primary liaison between pharmaceutical companys clients, third party vendors and company project team for project issues, including initiation, planning, execution and closeout of assigned studies. Present at both pharmaceutical industry meetings and internal company meetings on trainingmanagement topics. br br Position is 100 telecommuting Reports to company headquarters in Princeton, NJ. Can work remotely or telecommute.br br Position also requires demonstrated experience with the following Managing projects with moderate financial value and mentoring junior level clinical research project staff; Actively manage financial tracking systems for clinical research projects; Financial control procedures costing systems and time reporting; ICH guidelines and GCP, including international regulatory requirements for the conducts of clinical development programs; Drug development process; and Business Development, Clinical Trial Execution, Cross Functional department, and Drug Development.
