This individual will travel at least once a year to facilitate sessions with the Senior Leadership Team in Latin America as well as deliver training to the rest of the associates if necessary. Heshe will be the point of contact in terms of LD for the Human Resources team in Buenos Aires and will be responsible to onboard any new LD associate that joins the team in Latin America. The Manager, Learning will have to create content in Spanish as well as translate and deliver training programs for Spanish speaking team members in North America. This individual will be required to translate entire training programs, create the Spanish versions of processes like Performance Management andor any other translation required in the Learning Management System. Heshe will also translate, create and curate content for the Latin America Regions internal Learning and Collaboration page within the Learning Management System.
