Must have 5 years of experience with each of the following development experience in Character Art, having shipped crossconsole and at least one AAA title; and, Maxscript programming and XML scripting. Must have prior experience with each of the following 3DStudio Max for 3D modelling, Photoshop for texturing, ZBrush for sculpting and related Marvellous Designer workflow for digital clothing production; current generation production workflow as it pertains to character art asset production, including writing and maintaining documentation on workflow and pipeline; working within and communicating between the art, code and design departments to refine processes, develop technology, facilitate collaboration and ensure the character art is implemented effectively and within technical limitationsbudgets; developing PBR physically based renderinglighting pipelines and shader tools; facial and human anatomy including form, structure and silhouette to facilitate economical and realistic modelling for game target assets and polycounts; implementing assets into game engines with the complexity required for AAA game development; and, recruitment, mentoring and training of new and junior character artists.
