Bachelor of Sciences degree in Engineering any field or related field of study, and 3 years of field engineering experience assessing commercial properties including manufacturing, warehousing and soft occupancies. Experience specified must include 3 years of experience in each of the following risk identification and assessment of hazards including various construction types, ignitable liquid processes, combustible dusks, complex manufacturing processes, supply chain and analysis, and human element programs; technical expertise to understand the field engineering report based on FM Globals proprietary engineering standard and the financial knowledge of the clients business to calculate the loss potential; evaluating natural hazards exposures including fire, explosion, equipment breakdown, windstorm, flood and earthquake; developing and documenting Maximum Foreseeable Loss scenarios, flood loss expectancies, and evaluating client internal loss prevention procedures; and utilizing assessment tools such as SprinkCalc, Horizon, DustData, Roof Calc, Risk View and Risk Console or industry equivalent. Requires 33 domestic travel to client sites.br br Will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience.
