Publishing reports and presenting results to customers.br 5 years experience working with planar and FinFET logic devices including solving integration issues e.g. Low yield issue, device shift, defect issue, inline SPC Statistical Process Control, and WAT Wafer Acceptance Test control.br 5 years experience with TRM Technical Review Meeting with customers Working with customers and internal team to provide the solutions to improve or solve problems with customers advanced logic device requiring knowledge of FinFET process in foundry environments.
