Specific Skills

REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical area directly applicable to the reliability and security of the BPS is required; and MBA andor Certified or Chartered Professional Accountant in one of the states or provinces in the MRO region is required. Experience must include 15 years of Utility Power Engineering experience; at least 5 years of postbachelors progressive experience of work in utility regulatory compliance and affairs and management and responsibility for budgets of 2M 5M; Work in Electric utility planning, design, operations, architecture and security; Work with Midwest Reliability Organization MRO, North American Electric Reliability Corporation NERC, as well as Canadian regulators in the provinces of Manitoba and Saskatchewan; Experience presenting research and recommendations for utility planning, design, operations, architecture and security to large diverse groups of technical and nontechnical professionals. Licensed Professional Engineer certification in the MRO region. 20 Travel Required.
