Specific Skills

The following skills can be met through work experience or university education with no set unit of time as a measurement of proficiency knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.x software development; experience working on at least one Peoplesoft system implementation project involving multiple locations; experience designing and developing solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications with at minimum two of the following applications Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Commitment Accounting or Absence Management; experience and knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM data model; experience with configuration strategy preparation, migration, procedures and practices, determining automated and manual methods; experience with PeopleSoft development tools, languages and integration technologies including BI Publisher, Oracle databases, SQL, and PLSQL; experience developing traditional PeopleSoft interfaces and web services into legacy and 3rd party systems; experience authoring technical design specifications and test plans; experience working with human resources and payroll policies, procedures and systems including Federal and state law, FLSA and W2 system integration; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical information by written and oral communication to nontechnical personnel.
