One 1 year of experience with a Masters degree in the job offered or in a related investment banking or management position. Prior experience must include six 6 months with building cashflow models for aircraft ABS, triple net lease ABS and container and shipping ABS transactions, analyzing the mechanics of cash flow waterfalls, and working with return and risk of transactions; working with rating agency criterion and developing or applying rating agency cash flow stresses for various asset classes; performing origination and structuring of assetbased aircraft financings across various product types including securitizations, loans, and equity syndications; reading legal documents and offering memorandums, identifying inconsistencies, and modeling transactions based on operative documents; negotiating transaction documentation and offering memoranda, and reviewing all legal documents associated with financing transactions in order to ensure accuracy and business judgement; working with Intex and Deal Vector; building bespoke models and automation in Excel and VBA; and preparing presentations in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel to review transactions with senior bankers, committees, rating agencies, investors, management teams and boards of directors. FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required. Domestic and international travel required approximately ten percent 10 of the time to attend client meetings.
