REQUIREMENTS The position requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in biotechnology, biology or relevant scientific discipline. Also required are five years in or with all of the following molecular biological and biochemical methods e.g. mammalian adherent cell culture, viral transduction, TCID50, qPCR, ELISA, SDSPAGE, Immunoblot; working in regulated environments GxP with a solid understanding of technical SOPReport writing and QA review procedures. The five years otherwise required, and specified here, must also include three years of working with assay ICH qualificationvalidation procedures and tech transfer experience and vendor management and two years of handson experience with cellbased potency assays andor enzymatic bioassays. Finally, at least six months of the five years must include exposure to advanced analytical methods e.g. UHPLC, Analytical andor Isopycnic gradient centrifugation, DLS, droplet digital PCR. This experience acquired with Voyager Therapeutics in earlier, substantially different position.
