Key responsibilities include help implement the overall execution of new business developments, working with the broader EDS Marketing, HR, and Operations; develop and implement new accounts, pricing, digital, and promotions; help ensure communication plans and execution are aligned with EDSs global brand promise; use projectworkflow management tools in conjunction with a KPI Manager to ensure expansions stay on track with timeline and budget; respond to RFP with national car rental companies with detailed and technical schemas of location logistics, optimized lean labor models, and detailed daily flow charts and movement tracking; create internal and external KPIs for site bids and new locations perform site surveys based on lean six sigma designs to model correct logistics and pricing models for new and existing sites; partner with subject matter experts within the business e.g., account managers, regional managers, etc. to gather and leverage customer and business insights to ensure effectiveness of communication initiatives; work with existing car rental clients on customer satisfaction and upsells with new positions and departments including expansion into various mobility sectors update website and marketing material with companys accomplishments and directives for car rentalmobility clients; perform all integration and set up in workforce management in proprietary system Workforce Velocity for lean labor management, applicant tracking and timekeeping; measure and report on success of marketing and operational effectiveness, and implement optimization efforts as needed; and ensure that communication materials are updated and available across the spectrum of EDS.
