Specific Skills

Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance. Must have an International Compliance Association ICA certification. Must have 3 years experience in risk management and compliance; regulatory and corporate governance; maintaining policies and procedures; managing, planning, driving and executing multiple simultaneous internal audits and other engagements; compliance budget and its financial reporting; developing proposal and marketing material; driving and managing client relationships; and monitoring and training expertise. Must have thorough knowledge in operational compliance processes. Must have solid knowledge of reporting procedures, record keeping and resolving compliance and audit issues.
