Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related engineering field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in the following planning, analyzing and designing water distribution, pump station, stormwater drainage or sanitary sewer collection systems; developing hydraulic, hydrologic or wastewater process mathematical models; utilizing hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software such as WaterCAD, SewerCAD, SWMM, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MATLAB, and 1D2D CFD to analyze hydraulic, hydrologic andor wastewater treatment systems; analysis of wastewater treatment processes using STOAT or BioWIN; and applying wet weather water and soil sampling techniques for water quality monitoring. Experience therein to include one year with Best Management Practices for water quality control of runoff including reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
