The employer will accept any level of experience, knowledge, or proficiency in the specific skills listed in this section.br br br JOB DUTIES CONTINUED FROM SECTION H.11 AND CONTINUED FROM SECTION K, JOB 1...Conduct silicon debug and evaluate NAND flash memory products with microprobing to ensure products meet required technical specification and problemfree mass production; Probe the internal signals on the manufactured NAND flash memory chip to verify NAND flash memory chip is working as intended; Debug circuit bugs causing functions issues and verify successful debugging by probing further and find the rootcause; Translate rootcause to into circuit design changes by interpreting Siliconchip characterization data and correlating data trends in characterization data with the circuit behavior to narrow down the issue. Collaborate with characterization engineers to fully characterize silicon, and partner with other designers to develop solution for silicon issues; Prepare a set of command sequences for the NAND flash memory chip; Create Sigma plot projections by plotting the characterization data in form of sigma plots; Verify that the parameters will meet the project target specification by using sigma plot projections; Review measurement results with Staff Engineering team to identify circuit logic changes such as added signal buffering or adding synchronizing circuits.
