At a minimum, position requires Masters Degree in Architecture or related field or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation and ten 10 years of architecture and project design experience to include infrastructure, international healthcare, education, and mixeduse development projects. Experience to include the creation, strategic alignment, execution of patient, caregiver, and educationcentered architecture including the preservation of historic facades while repurposing and designing interior spaces to accommodate the physical and technological needs of a modern healthcare system; oversight of building design projects from initial creation of architectural designs, masterplans, and interior design through construction phase and final delivery of on campus or facility development projects within both academic and hospitality settings; design and curation of sustainable spaces through the use of art, natural light, acoustics, and landscape; completion of projects of varied scope and complexity ranging from 500K up to at least 400M in project cost as demonstrated by professional portfolio; directing both creative and management aspects of a design office including personnel, contracts, resources, budget, schedules, and effective communication plans and coordinating the planning, design, and execution of global projects.
