Position requires a 3 or 4 year Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Cloud Senior Applications Engineer, Security Delivery Specialist, Senior Security Analyst, Computer Systems Engineer, or similar position working with Identity and Access Management functions. Must have at least 2 years with each of the following installing and configuring OIM Oracle Identity Management and OAM Oracle Access Management; upgrading Oracle IAM Identity and Access Manager; managing user identities, accounts, and access in SUN Identity and Access Management IAM; upgrading components including OUD Oracle Unified Directory, OVD Oracle Virtual Directory, and OID Oracle Internet Directory; troubleshooting IAM servers related issues by working with the service providers and applying recommended patches; presenting change requests, explaining the requirements for such requests, and receiving the appropriate stakeholder approvals. Additionally, specific experience must include working with business units and stakeholders to gather the requirements for product enhancements; training the end customers on the usage of Identity and Access Management technologies; and working with Identity Management and Access Provisioning processes and workflows. Must be willing to travel occasionally within the U.S. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education or experience.
