Experience must include drafting and designing integrative layout of food processing equipment, materials, and workspace, to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and computer, including AutoCAD and Visio to create layouts that meet the customer objectives; working with design and layout of equipment for primary and secondary poultry processing, including internal logistics systems, packaging and end of line systems, grading and batching systems, portion cutting solutions, and deboning, deskinning and trimming solutions; utilizing Innova production control software suite to empower the client to efficiently control, monitor, and improve every aspect of poultry processing; reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities, utilizing PLM software; estimating cost saving methods, including payback calculations, and the effects of product design changes for client solutions, utilizing Salesforce and SAP.br This position requires up to 30 domestic and international travel to various unanticipated client sites.
