Specific Skills

Must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Must have 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment producing heavy material handling mobile equipment, with knowledge of forklift manufacturing processes, operations and production line support to ensure that the forklift bill of material accuracy is per the customer specifications. Must have demonstrated knowledge of forklift design and engineering change orders to coordinate bill of material changes and process sheet corrections. Must have experience with forklift functionality to be able to create and maintain product configurator system using Baan IV ERP software, allowing customer orders to generate accurate production work orders to correct specifications. Must have demonstrated knowledge of Material Requirements Planning and Shop Floor Control. Must have experience with BaaN ERP Software and the ability to interpret service illustration drawings. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills to identify root cause of production, bill of material, and configuration issues.
