Experience must be in the medical device industry.br br Work experience to include 1. Serving as Finite Element Analysis FEA expert, responsible for developing FEA models used to develop and test products. 2. Generating design concepts, prototype builds, and SOPs; and transferring cardiovascular medical devices components to manufacturing. 3. Developing test methods for cardiovascular medical device components. 4. Utilizing ProENGINEER Creo or SolidWorks, as well as Abaqus to develop FEA models; and executing postprocessing of such models. 5. Utilizing technical design skills to redesign or design medical products and ensure that devices, tools, and fixtures are up to standards. 6. Developing experiments and tests including writing and executing protocols to qualify and validate manufacturing processes for medical devices. 7. Interfacing with manufacturing, clinical affairs, quality, sales and marketing, outside consultants and vendors to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures, including Quality Standard Regulation QSR, Food and Drug Administration regulations, and International Organization for Standardization ISO standards.br Position requires 5 domestic and 5 international travel.
