Must have a Masters degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or City and Regional Planning. Must have six 6 months experience in an architectural firm preparing schematic design and performing design development for residential and mixeduse projects; transforming sketches into construction documents; and preparing 3 dimensional renderings.
