Experience must involve 4 years in the following Leverage a deep understanding of the SAP Business Warehouse BW platform architecture and its relevant components, including data loads, data transfer, data modelling, and warehouse management for comprehensive solution support operations; Conduct complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot reported platform system issues on an ongoing basis; Resolve multitiered system performance issues and data consistency problems, and perform detailed system availability analysis for various SAP solutions for SAPs premium customer base; Perform solution support development and analysis in SAPs Advanced Business Application Programming ABAP programming language within the SAP Business Warehouse BW product platform area; Analyze and evaluate new or existing SAP BW configurations and strategies based on customer system requirements; Convert the evolving customer system requirements into viable solution support blueprints; Determine and implement SAP Best Practices for enhanced solution architecture, development, and configuration of BW objects, including data store objects DSOs, transformations, extractors, and other components; Create BW extractors, data models, and Business Explorer BEx queries using SAP Best Practices and SAP layered scalable architecture LSA used for designing and implementing various layers in the BW system for data acquisition, corporate memory, data distribution, and data analysis; Prepare and troubleshoot complex SAP Advanced Business Application Programming ABAP codes in the SAP BW platform and source systems; Resolve data warehouse design issues across the solution development stages to provide solution support guidance; Improve solution performance metrics by streamlining and generating BW reports and extractors; Lead and contribute to critical global escalations and longterm engagements for SAPs premium MaxAttention and ActiveEmbedded customers as part of SAP Americas global team; Collaborate closely with the SAP Development and Global Support Centers to enable SAP customers to locate customized solution platforms suitable for their respective business landscapes; Support the SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver software environments by closely analyzing system landscape requirements and technical issues, assessing core business processes, and evaluating system and application operation status; Analyze SAP customers system landscape requirements and evaluate system metrics to help SAP customers establish a scalable and highperforming system that operates efficiently with high levels of user satisfaction; and assess core business process to identify various areas of improvement and enable SAP customers to better optimize the ongoing business processes for their respective business structures. 30 travel required to various client sites nationwide.
