This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five 5 years related progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in software quality assurance engineering. Must also have four 4 years of experience which may have been gained concurrently with each of the following 1 Developing test approaches, creating test plans, creating quality plans, and executing test cases for web applications, application programming interfaces, and micro services, including both frontend and backend validations. 2 Providing feedback and guidance on quality processes and methodologies; developing automation tests using IntelliJJava, Junit, TestNG, Postman, ReadyAPI, and JMeter; analyzing automation metrics; and providing feedback to developers and architects. 3 Logging and managing software application defects using HP ALM and Jira, including triageanalysis, and ensuring all issues are reviewed and resolved prior to release. 4 Analyzing customer needs and designing, developing, and executing tests to ensure software meets these needs, including functional, load, automation, security, and performance tests. 5 Leading the release management process, deploying code changes to Production with GOCD and Jenkins pipeline, and conducting release level testing and sign offs. 6 Conducting research, data analysis, and building solutions for maintaining, optimizing, and improving applications and systems.
