Requirements as stated on ETA 9141 Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, plus 2 years of audit operations experience which must include 2 years experience in compliance with SOX, Mexican FRS, and GAAP. 2 years of audit operations experience must include the following 1 year experience with integrated enterprise resource planning ERP systems, specifically Oracle, SAP, People Soft, MGFPro, JD Edwards, and HFM; 2 year experience understanding of business risks, processes, internal controls, including business operations assessment through revenues and costs, data trend analysis, and process mapping; and 2 years experience with analysis of financial transactions and business operations through trend analysis of revenues and costs. Other requirements include strong verbal, analytical, and written communication skills; ability to maintain effective working relationships with executives and operating management; ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines; and strong desire to learn Snapon business operations. Must be willing to travel up to 50 to domestic and international locations.
