This position requires six 6 years of experience with the following skills and technologies applying risk rating methodologies applicable to clients in different sectors including healthcare and utilities, and loss given default methodologies applicable to senior, subordinated, secured and unsecured transactions; applying market dynamics for capital market products in credit analysis; structuring derivative products credit terms in legal documentation, including International Swaps Deal Association Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes; analyzing capital market products, specifically bonds; and training and developing junior talent. This position requires up to 25 domestic travel.
