Requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or closely related field and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in credit risk management, financial analysis or closely related position. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in the above listed fields, and three 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the above listed positions. Full span of responsible work experience must include Consumer Credit Risk Management in the financial services industry; Credit Card Risk industry knowledge, and the application of credit and risk principles including advanced data sampling, reconciliation and modeling; Performing complex analyses using advanced statistical techniques, including segmentations, decision trees, regression, time series, and classification approaches; Building complex statistical models to facilitate the development of risk strategies; Using SAS, SAS Macros, SQL, UNIX to develop complex nonscoring models and risk strategy changes as well as preparing risk reports for senior management; Segmentation statistical tools offered by Angoss Angoss Knowledge Studio based on Chisquare automatic interaction detection CHAID algorithm; Work with large financial datasets to create complex reports and financial risk analysis; Communicating to senior management and crossfunctional teams.
