Prior experience must include two 2 years with real estate investing industry experience in an institutional environment with assets under management greater than 10B USD; real estate data management, systems and infrastructure in an institutional investing environment; working with real estate data, utilizing analytical skills to develop asset level and portfolio reporting; utilizing knowledge of the real estate industry, including applying technical skills to analyze and interpret data and reports to help inform business plans and investing decisions; analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of raw data into stakeholder viewable conclusions; supporting and providing data for real estate business plan processes; Microsoft Excel skills which include using functions including INDEX, INDIRECT, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IRR, NPV, PMT, and SUBTOTAL; interacting with asset managers and property management companies to collect, review and analyze asset data and reporting packages, both operational and financial; working across multiple business and product lines with multiple stakeholders while managing projects; applying knowledge of due diligence and data privacy requirements to ensure compliance; interacting with senior level business leaders, including creating reports for senior management to synthesize large amounts of data and team performance; SQL conceptsqueries and ETL tools such as SSIS; information management practices such as working with structured vs unstructured data; developing reports in Tableau, Cognos, or SSRS; implementing strategic platforms, including documentation of requirements, design, integration of legacy processes and change management; and process managementchange management to develop process automation, including utilizing technical skills to realize efficiencies and to better manage embedded risk.
