Bachelors degree U.S. or equivalent in Finance, a related Engineering discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related degree. Five 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related buyside investment position. Prior experience must include five 5 years of experience with Investing in the Energy, Chemical and Industrials sectors; Analyzing financial statements, carrying out financial modeling, and performing deconstruction and statement analysis in order to underwrite individual credits to be included in diversified portfolios; Performing Covenant Analysis, Credit Agreement Deconstruction, and Indenture Analysis; Derivatives and Hedge Accounting; Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word; and Bloomberg and Barclays Chart. Prior experience must include three 3 years of experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 processes of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code as well as out of court capital restructuring and liability management; and Working with the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act of 1980 FIRPTA. Travel required approximately twentyfive percent 25 of the time for management and industry conferences, field visits, and project reviews.
