Requirements as stated on ETA 9141 Requires 6 years electro mechanical experience in the ceramic tile industry that must include 6 years experience in each of the following electronic process control equipment and process; electromechanical equipment and machinery; ceramic tile manufacturing process; ceramic tile production equipment; digital inkjet printers; sorting lines; spray driers; continuous as well as modular mills; kilns; glaze lines; hydraulic presses; process optimization; reading ladder logic; electromechanical trouble shooting; general maintenance and repair; and project management. Experience may be gained concurrently.br br Business Necessity The Maintenance Technician V position requires the above stated requirements for the following reasons the specialized equipment in the process relates only to the ceramic tile industry; this experience and knowledge contributes to developing other employees skillset; continuous improvement of our process throughout this specialized skillset; ability to troubleshoot PLCs and other electronic equipment and train maintenance personnel how to troubleshoot the same relating to our ceramic tile manufacturing process; and manage installations of specialized ceramic industry equipment.br br We submit the above to demonstrate that the articulated job duties and requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the Maintenance Technician V position in the context of DalTile Corporations business and are essential to perform the Maintenance Technician V position duties and functions in a reasonable manner.br br As listed in Section I.e.23. of this form, employer has not received payments of any kind from the foreign worker or from any third party, including employers attorney fees.
